Trading & commerce agent.

Tradex Corporation B.V. was established in 2014 as Trading Company for products of German / European Family Companies  to Tanzania and the EAC.

The start has been made with  quality Baby Cosmetics from a German manufacturer who  gave us the contract to be the sole importer for Tanzania and the EAC to distribute his products.

After more than one year hard work and investing a lot of money, our products are fully permitted at TFDA and TBS in Tanzania.  The products are TBS permitted with a PVOC Route B Registration and every shipment  is inspected and certified  by SGS and Bureau Veritas.

Since 28th July 2016 all our German Baby Cosmetic Products as well as a selection of German Skin Care creams and balms are PVOC Route B registered in Kenya as well. The PVOC Route B Registration for Uganda is finalized also by SGS. With this Registration the final PVOC procedure for all of the EAC is done.

These permits and PVOC certifications are also the solid foundation of our expansion to other EAC countries and abroad.

In Tanzania we found a counterpart that is going to be the distributor for Dar es Salaam and some selected areas in Tanzania.  To cover more areas in Tanzania we want to find  other local Distributors in the other Regions of Tanzania also.

Before a Cosmetic Product goes to Market...
1. Product Safety is paramount and is factored into ingredients selections, find formula selection and packaging choices to ensure that they are safe for the retailers and consumers;
2. Consumer & Clinical evaluation is performed to ensure the cosmetic product delivers on the claims and benefits that are expected by all consumers;
3. Microbiology conducts test;
4. Stability is conducted to ensure the cosmetic products formulation and packaging is compatible so that the product remains stable and safe throughout its shelf life;
5. Process development ..scales up the cosmetic product in the lab all the way to huge vats, ensuring quality control is maintained no matter where it is manufactured in the world;
6. Supply Chain purchases the materials to make the finished cosmetic products, so including the packaging and labelling the product can be produced for our retailers and customers.
